Still
becoming.

There is no finished version of you.

Growth isn’t an endpoint. It’s a shifting horizon—sometimes because we choose to change, sometimes because the landscape changes around us.

Let’s have a conversation

A different question

You don’t need to become a better version of yourself.

Because that’s a lot of pressure, isn’t it?

A more useful place to begin:

What matters to me now?

Understanding where your edges invite growth and where your boundaries deserve respect. Recognizing the patterns you’re ready to examine more deeply. Noticing what’s changing around you—and within you.

And given what I know now: How do I want to move forward?

Person and context

I see the person AND the system around them.

We don’t lead, work, or grow in isolation. You bring your experiences, beliefs, patterns, and aspirations into every room you enter.

But the room has a story, too.

Organizations have cultures, incentives, power dynamics, and histories. They shape their people, and people reshape them. I’m curious about both.

Sometimes the challenge is within the person, and sometimes it’s within the system. Usually, it’s both—and that’s far more interesting than either/or.

Individual coaching

Start where you are.

Not where you think you should be. Not where your boss thinks you should be.

Maybe you want to delegate better, navigate a transition, or figure out what’s next. We’ll start there—then look at the patterns beneath it: what they protect, what sustains them, and what hasn’t yet been named.

No proprietary ten-step framework. You are the expert on your own experience.

Insight matters. But insight isn’t the same as change.

I’ll listen deeply, ask questions, and challenge you when it’s useful. We’ll laugh, too. Together, we’ll turn awareness into more intentional choices.

  • Know your edges. Honor your boundaries.
  • Clarify what matters.
  • Live and lead more intentionally.

01 Individual Coaching

A relationship, not a collection of sessions.

  • Time-bound individual engagement · 60-minute sessions
  • Weekly, twice monthly, or monthly
  • Virtual, at my Ambler office, or at your location
  • Travel-based engagements available · email access between sessions

You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You do need to be willing to go deep.

02 Small-Group Coaching

Sometimes someone else’s question unlocks your own.

I’m developing small-group coaching for about six to eight participants—learning through your own experience and the questions and discoveries of others.

Explore coaching together
“When you are coached by Michelle you don’t feel like you are being coached. She has a very gentle and nuanced approach, developed over years of training and deep wisdom. Her gentle process has helped go deep into self-inquiry, which I have been able to do knowing that she is right there guiding this process.”

For organizations

Support shaped to the work.

A leader struggling to delegate may need to examine their own relationship with control.

They may also work in a culture where mistakes carry disproportionate consequences.

Effective coaching accounts for both.

Purposeful coaching.
Individually driven.

Organization-sponsored coaching brings together an organization’s investment in its people and an individual’s ownership of their development.

Every engagement begins with clear goals established by the person being coached. Those goals guide our work, are revisited in every session, and may evolve as new insights emerge.

Together, we translate awareness into action, examine progress, and explore how changes in thinking and behavior show up in everyday leadership.

The coaching relationship is confidential and grounded in trust. The individual owns their goals and conversations, while the sponsoring organization can understand the structure and purpose of its investment.

“Working with Michelle feels less like coaching and more like a real partnership. She helped me get genuine clarity on my short- and long-term objectives, and just as importantly, mapped out concrete avenues to address the areas holding me back — not vague encouragement, but a plan. Her advice is consistently sound and clearly shaped by years of experience working in organizations; I always leave our sessions sharper and more focused than I arrived.”
Martina D.SVP, Senior Counsel
“There was a rhyme and reason behind Michelle’s coaching approach but more importantly, she created a container where I felt safe to get curious about who I really was and what drove my actions. Michelle helped me build up the courage to ask questions that I had been avoiding; questions whose answers felt uncomfortable, if not painful, because they didn’t quite align with the vision I had of myself and what I should be. During our time together I discovered that discomfort is a small price to pay for the freedom from preconceptions that hold you back from embodying your best self.”
Antoniya K.VP, Associate General Counsel

Practitioner. Scholar. Coach.

Drawing on two decades inside complex organizations and graduate study in organizational dynamics, I help you notice where you are, see what’s underneath, and choose more intentionally what comes next.

Still becoming? Let’s talk about it.

You don’t have to know exactly what you want from coaching before we meet.

A 30-minute exploratory conversation lets us talk about what’s bringing you here and whether working together feels right. For both of us.
